On Monday, I impatiently harvested some of the first greens of the season.
I picked (clockwise from top) two radishes, chives, freckles romaine lettuce, arugula, kale, and chard. With store-bought spinach at the bottom of the bowl, the greens turned into two colorful to go with our dinner. I can't wait for more!

Something to make you happy until the tomatoes kick into gear.
That's a familiar looking salad, I have been eating some many of them just like it. I was lucky enough to have some of that cool freckled romaine come up in a mixed pack. Such a cool lettuce.
